The Party organization of Fulida Group was established in 1995 and upgraded to be the Party committee in 2004. It now consists of a general Party branch and 12 Party branches with a total of 162 members. The Party committee of Fulida Group was awarded the enterprise with "Strengthen and develop the party construction" in Zhejiang,and was also awarded as advanced primary party organization in Hangzhou, home of advanced staff of three-level joint building by Hangzhou Party building, advanced primary party organization of Dajiangdong, excellent primary party organization in Xiaoshan District and so on.

The trade union of Fulida Group was established in 2002. It has won the model home of staff in Zhejiang, home of advanced staff of three-level joint building by Hangzhou Party building, advanced group of the "speaking, comparing" activity in Hangzhou, the advanced group of trade union work of Dajiangdong, enterprise of establishing harmonious labor relations in Xiaoshan District, advanced primary trade unions of Linjiang, advanced group of harmonious labor relations in Linjiang and so on.
